All payments made for LPL registrations, team entries, or related services are non-refundable, except in the cases specifically mentioned below.

  1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Event Cancellation by Organizers:
    If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions), a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payment:
    If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
  • Withdrawal Before Deadline:
    If a team or player withdraws before the official registration deadline, a partial refund (typically 50–75%) may be considered at the discretion of the organizers.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Withdrawal after the registration deadline
  • No-shows or voluntary withdrawal during the event
  • Disqualification due to rule violations or misconduct
  • Technical errors on your part (e.g., incorrect registration details)

To request a refund (if eligible):
